63. Stoney Middleton and Eyam. 26th June 2014.

Parking on a layby on the A623 (heading east to Stoney Middleton ) grid ref 211758 we headed south through the trees then crossing Thunderpit Lane following the lane to the t junction turning left along Rough Side and Combsdale taking the second available path towards a farm and onto Eaton Fold then right down high street to The Moon public house, Marsdons Pedigree and a sherry. Heading straight across the A623 down the road then right left then to the end taking the path north and then north west to Eyam and the Miner’s arms making our way north along the road to end of Water Lane then a path on the left. Crossing Edge Road, onto another road turning left then take the path on the opposite Highcliffe Farm. Heading south through Jumber Wood and along the path which crosses the main street along Tideswell lane then left down past Dunlow Farm and eventually through Middleton Dale and back to the car on the A623.
